Say Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary or Congratulations to a friend or loved one. We'll announce your message 10 times on the special day you choose. If you have a message, please write it in the comment section. Otherwise, we'll contact you to help craft your message. For example, "Today’s WKMS Day Sponsors are Sid and Melissa Easley, celebrating the opening day of Murray State Normal School 88 years ago today, on September 24, 1923."

Receive on-air announcements that identify your support (no dollar amount given), business, service or product and location. If you'd rather make it more personal, simply choose to have us acknowledge you by your name and your hometown. You'll receive instructions from our Development Director shortly after the applicable fundraiser on how to submit your copy.

The WKMS Leadership Circle honors listeners who give $1,000 or more. You'll be invited to special events and receive updates from the station manager. Leadership Circle members are core supporters of this wonderful community resource.

NPR+ is a special collection of podcast benefits that includes bonus episodes, some sponsor-free listening, and early access and archive access for some of NPR’s most popular podcasts. This means you can listen to podcasts like Up First or Code Switch with no inserted sponsor breaks and you can even enjoy bonus episodes and behind the scenes content for shows like Planet Money, Fresh Air, and Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me.

How do I get NPR+?
It’s easy - just set up a recurring donation to WKMS at a minimum of $8/month or $96/year. Later, you’ll get an invite email to set up your account. This invite may take a few days, so we appreciate your patience!
