Available for a $857/month donation.

The In Crowd is a live album by the Ramsey Lewis Trio, recorded in 1965 at the Bohemian Caverns nightclub in Washington, D.C., and released on the Argo label.
The album provided Lewis with his biggest hit, reaching the top position on the Billboard R&B Chart and No. 2 on their top 200 albums chart in 1965, and the title track single "The 'In' Crowd" reached No. 2 on the R&B Chart and No. 5 on the Hot 100 singles chart in the same year
The late Michael G. Nastos of All Music and WEMU praised the album writing "this is the moment where Lewis shined the brightest, the 'in crowd' at the club was verbally into it, and the time for this music was right"
The In Crowd won a Grammy in 1966 for Best Instrumental Jazz Performance by an Individual or Group. As well the album's title track single was Grammy nominated for Record of the Year and in 2009 was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Live at the Regal is a 1965 live album by blues guitarist and singer B.B. King. Recorded on November 21, 1964, at the Regal Theater in Chicago, the album is widely heralded as one of the greatest blues albums ever recorded and was ranked at number 141 in Rolling Stone's 2003 edition of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list, before dropping to number 299 in a 2020 revision. In 2005, Live at the Regal was selected for permanent preservation in the National Recording Registry at the Library of Congress in the United States.

Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton, John Mayer and Mark Knopfler are among musicians who have used the album as a primer before performances.
King's backup band consisted of Duke Jethro on the piano, Leo Lauchie on the bass, Kenneth Sands on the trumpet, Johnny Board and Bobby Forte on the tenor saxes, and Sonny Freeman on the drums. Jethro was originally scheduled to play the organ, but after his organ broke, King instructed Jethro to play the piano. When Jethro said he did not know how to play the piano, King replied "Well, just sit there and pretend — that's what you do most of the time anyway!"

CD Bob Dylan Highway 61 Revisited

Available for a $857/month donation.

Highway 61 Revisited is the sixth studio album by Bob Dylan, released on August 30, 1965, by Columbia Records. Dylan continued the musical approach of his previous album Bringing It All Back Home (1965), using rock musicians as his backup band on every track of the album in a further departure from his primarily acoustic folk sound, except for the closing track, the 11-minute ballad "Desolation Row". Critics have focused on the innovative way Dylan combined driving, blues-based music with the subtlety of poetry to create songs that captured the political and cultural climate of contemporary America.
Dylan named the album after the major American highway which connected his birthplace of Duluth, Minnesota, to southern cities famed for their musical heritage, including St. Louis, Memphis, New Orleans, and the Delta blues area of Mississippi.
Highway 61 Revisited peaked at No. 3 on the US Billboard Top LPs chart and No. 4 on the UK Albums Chart. Positively received on release, the album has since been described as one of Dylan's best works and among the greatest albums of all time, ranking No. 4 on Rolling Stone's "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time" list in 2003 and repositioned to No. 18 in the 2020 revision.
In his memoir Chronicles: Volume One, Dylan described the kinship he felt with the route that supplied the title of his sixth album: "Highway 61, the main thoroughfare of the country blues, begins about where I began. I always felt like I'd started on it, always had been on it and could go anywhere, even down in to the deep Delta country. “
