This sample form is for internal, offline/phone pledge submissions. Use this text area for any introductory script that you want your volunteers/staff to follow. Before you can enter offline pledges, NPR DS has to enable offline pledges mode in your Marketing Forms admin.
What's unique about the offline form mode:
- No unique email address required for every transaction (although we still recommend you ask donor for this info)
- No confirmation page. The form appears after each transaction for rapid entry
- The Market Source field will appear in your donation export report for every transaction in offline mode. We default to "phone" but we can adjust that default text
- CVV is not required for credit card transactions
- If you work with volunteers, DS will need to create an 'volunteer' level account for their login before they can use this form
- DS can move your contact information above your gift string and add any additional fields or description text to help instruct your staff/volunteers on how to submit offline pledges
