Each piece is sustainably handcrafted using leather sourced within 120 kilometers of the Le Sac du Berger workshop in southern France. Leathers used from Aveyron and Hérault, and wool from the Tarn, reflect a 40-year commitment to local, eco-friendly production. Paris’s first and only “petalist,” Claire Boucl, has spent the past decade perfecting a chemical-free method of flower preservation that captures petals at their most vibrant state. Her unique process involves gently washing, drying, and pressing each petal over five days, along with a secret preservation process, to conserve its color and form without chemicals, which means the petals can last a lifetime.
